I recently painted a wedding live in Lyons Colorado. The night before the wedding, I had a dream that I arrived at the wedding and there were several other live wedding painters there… we would both be painting and the couple would choose their favorite to take home with them!! Talk about unconscious nerves.

My Experience In The Lyons
I feel so honored that my friends not only invited me to their wedding but asked me to paint it for them! It was a beautifully sunny, breezy, summer day at Lyons Farmette, a unique and self-sustaining wedding venue. Check out their venue here: https://www.lyonsfarmette.com/
One of my favorite moments was meeting the owners of the on-site flower field! (They also happen to be residents on the farm). These sweet people source and arrange flowers for every event on-site from this flower farm. They invited me to take a look and I am still dreaming about the hundreds and hundreds of flowers swaying in the wind. I think I may need to change career paths. Impressionistic Painting Style
The bride of this wedding requested a more impressionistic style, which is my favorite, so I had no objection.
